Hirosaki: Car or Public Transport
Hi, I'm planning a trip to the Tohoku region in November. I will be getting the 10 day JR east pass. The JR pass would be activated by the time we reach Aomori (4th day). We plan to rent a car while in Aomori City to go to the outskirts. Should we also rent a car to get around Hirosaki instead of just using the JR Pass? We plan to go the apple park and Hirosaki Castle park.
