I'm trying to upgrade my gear and looking for gooseneck kettle recommendations. I've been going back and forth between the OXO Brew Adjustable Temperature and the Fellow Stagg EKG Pro. Is the Stagg worth the bump in price? I love the way it looks and I like the added functionality (like the scheduled boils) but I'm not sure how often I'd actually use some of them. If you own one, do you ever use the "bonus" features?

Open to other kettle recommendations, if there's something else around that price range that you'd recommend. My biggest criteria are temperature control, pouring control, and auto-shutdown.

I've gotten really interested in coffee over the last year and want to get more serious about it. Looking to upgrade my home setup and improve my brewing/pulling game. Would love some YouTuber (or TikTok-er) recommendations that cover different techniques, compare different gear, etc. (Love reddit but am a visual learner.)
