Need advice from the seniors and experienced, Confused what to do
Hi
I am in a SBC for 2 years 6 months as of now I joined here as a fresher, the experience is in field of GenAI, all the PoCs that we make are sort of useless and we have never built anything scalable
so what I feel is my time is being wasted here and honestly the learning curve for me is stagnant now.
I have tried to apply for months whenever I apply to a good MNC I have never been short listed by them I have tried many approaches setting filters of less than 24 hrs on linkedIn and applying directly on portal not the easy applies
Also I have tried to apply using the referral few times still failed
I really need some advice for what I should I do sometimes i feel like to start studying DSA and start the prep for MAANG. Whenever I am going with the DSA i always quit it in the middle because I think it will be all useless because even If i know it i wont land any interview calls from these companies and stop midway and again try to reapply on non MAANG companies thinking maybe I can try for a switch first
So basically i am in this loop of literally doing nothing for around 6 months now
I want genuine advice what should I do now I am aware with all the posts that the market is really bad but still some people do land jobs in this market as well i wanna understand the gap and fill it also I am confused because sometimes I am thinking let me continue to work here and prepare for the MAANG and once I feel ready I should just move there
