I have ~1–2 YOE and currently earn 7 LPA, while most peers with similar experience are around 10 - 11 LPA in my company.

I’ve taken on solid responsibilities and feel underpaid. I’m thinking of asking for 12–13 LPA in year end hike discussion, but not sure if that’s too aggressive.

Is this a reasonable ask? And how would you approach this conversation?
