I have a 10 year old who is extremely extremely mentally unwell.
We have a psychiatrist and psychologist we have been seeing with very little success
What are our options.
Emergency and women’s and children’s hospital can’t help
The Mallee Ward is not a suitable option for a young child.
We are desperate.. does anyone know of an inpatient facility for children.. even interstate
A friend brought this up in a group conversation the other night and now I’m curious what other people think. The friend who brought it up is German and didn’t find it amusing, yeah maybe they aren’t fun at parties.. who knows
Would Hans the accordion comedian’s act be viewed differently if he was doing exaggerated stereotypes/accents from a different cultural group?
I’m not really sure where the line sits with this kind of comedy anymore. Part of me sees it as harmless character comedy, but part of me wonders whether reactions would be very different if the exact same style of act was aimed at another ethnicity or minority group.
Genuinely interested in different opinions on it. Not looking to start a reddit war 😝
