Basically like the title says. I had issues with drinking too that I think contributed to much of the redness in my skin occurring two years ago. Gradually slowed that down and now as of a few weeks ago am officially done with drinking! 🙌 Alcohol inflames my skin (which is sensitive), and makes my neuro-spicy worse lol. 😆 Yay for figuring out what works for all of us as individuals/adults! 🎉
