Herbal Tea question

Hello!

Ive been regularly buying this tea from a local tea shop, and its a godsend for my night terrors. This and magnesium glycinate are the only things that work to keep them at bay. The problem with magnesium glycinate is it gives me diminishing returns if I take it every day, and it gives me terrible migraines if i take it for more than a couple weeks.

Ive had the genius idea to cycle on/off this tea for two weeks, and then magnesium glycinate for two weeks.

Im concerned that this tea has really powerful ingredients that aren’t necessarily safe to take with this regularity. Im not asking for medical advice, just general things to be aware of with these ingredients. If it makes a difference, I’m otherwise healthy, take no medications, no other supplements (except vitamin d3 with k2), no chance of pregnancy, no birth control, etc. I’d appreciate anyone’s Knowledge or perspective on this :)

Loose Leaf Tea Ingredients:

mulberry leaves, chamomile, lemon balm leaves, orange granules, lemon peel, linden, hops, passionflower herbs, lavender, St. John’s wart.
