I lost my lower aligner while I’m on vacation (Saturday night), and I don’t have access to my previous or next trays right now. I started this set on Tuesday and I’m on 7-day changes. I wore the tray for 4 days. I’ll be back Sunday night. I am on a refinement round of 10 trays (I am on 1/10). Would it be okay to switch to the next lower tray when I get back? Also I’m 21 if that matters.
