I need help choosing my first GBBR, I used to play airsoft but I quit for like 2 years, and I'm getting ready to start again, this time with a GBBR.

What's your opinion on which (affordable) platform should I start with? I love the look on the BCM VFC but I could see myself building an Mk18 with an RIS III rail from DE.

As of now I would like something smaller than the full size 14.5 AR, but not a PDW style.

The Noveske N4 from DE isn't to my liking (externally), so I'm looking for either a DD MK18/ a simple AR (no markings) from DE, Or a BCM VFC.
