I need advice for my electric fence.
I am fairly new to beekeeping. I've been told that I need three 5/8 x 8 ft ground rods, all going about 6 ft into the ground and all 10 ft apart. Just so you know: I live in NH, where you're never too far from rocks (whether on the ground or ledges buried underneath the ground). It's tricky finding a good spot to insert these rods without hitting something.
Here are pictures of my fence layout. I am using two grounding rods (both split in half from a 5/8 x 8 ft). The rods are circled in red in the pictures and are both about 3 in buried and 10 ft apart. My electric fence meter reads around 6,000 - 7,000 volts.
Will anything I stated cause issues? Will this set up blow out? Should I get another rod of the same size as the others? The more help and recommendations - the better I can adjust my apiary.
