Looking for friends / expat groups in Hannover (38F) - mainly during weekdays

Hi everyone!
I'm 38 and recently moved to Hannover from Hungary. I'm looking to meet some nice people for casual hangouts, like grabbing a coffee, a beer, or just for a walk.
I would especially love to connect with people who are in the same boat—other expats or newcomers who are also trying to find their footing and build a social circle here.
If you know of any existing, active social groups or communities where it's easy to meet people, I would highly appreciate the recommendations.
I don't speak so good in German yet, so I'm looking for mainly English or Hungarian speaking friends.
My main goal right now is not practicing the German language, but simply making genuine friends and socializing. No ads or spam please.
I'm mostly available and looking to meet up during weekdays (after-work drinks or coffee), though I don't completely rule out weekends either.
