Sleep not helpful

Does anyone else have issues when they take naps throughout the day ? I will be sitting down just scrolling on my phone and I start to doze off. So I decide to take a nap cause obviously my body is tired but whenever I take a nap, I wake up feeling worse than before the nap. I wake up with a headache and chest pain and I would call it like slight dizziness. My body gets tired very quickly lately and I’m always tired. I don’t understand why sleeping throughout the day is making me feel even worse now. For reference I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 3 months ago and I’m 23. I do have other chronic illnesses on top of fibromyalgia as well.

Anyone else can’t handle mornings ?

Does anyone else have a horrible time in the morning ? I usually wake up and eat and take my meds but then I usually have to take another 3-4 hour nap because I’ll just keep dozing off. Then when I wake up from that nap, my head will be pounding and my chest feels heavy. In the afternoon and night I’m more alert and have more “energy” to do some things around the house. I’ve tried taking a shower in the morning, try to distract myself with tv or something on my phone but can’t stay awake in the morning. Anyone else have a really hard time in the mornings ? And if so, any tips on what to do ?
