Hello there humans! German is my first language. My English skills are good enough to hold a conversation. I just learned today about the characteristics of man/mens/male/gents and woman/women/female/ladies. Again i realised that sometimes things get lost in translation and certain nuances are just weird in translation because other definitions like „sex“ has also double meanings, such as „Geschlecht“ has in German. but these multiple meanings differ in each of the two’s languages. Long story short: sometimes its good when you help someone with explanations to understand instead of just „incel“ them. TIL 🤯😅
