Is this normal??
This is the timeline for one of my tag orders (I have 2). I sent them at a convention in Vancouver. I haven't been able to contact anyone from TAG and this is getting very frustrating. The store I sent them with said that this isn't their fault (which makes sense) but that also means there's nothing they can do about it. Any advice?
