Thoughts on the Shorter Brim?

Got my first hat and it felt huge. Wore it around a good handful of times and knew I’d never wear it out and about how it was. Took it in today and cut a little over half an inch off and it feels way better. Changed up the brim shape and I’m happy with it. Brim ended up just a touch over 3.75” so a little shorter than the “standard”. I think this will suit me well.

Should I Consult An Arborist About Removal?

I have a large silver maple near my house, I’d guess about the age of the home at 64 years but I don’t actually know. A couple of years ago I had all of our trees pruned and none of the arborists I had out suggested removal or even discussed it.

I see on here many people are against silver maples because of their weak branches. I’m curious if you all would recommend taking this down even considering no issues arose during previous inspections/pruning or if there’s a good plan for monitoring it closely?

No dieback or anything on it, I believe it to be a perfectly healthy tree and love the shade it provides on our patio.

Underwatering?

I am not great with plants and bought these three hydrangeas. I was watering well every couple days and they started drooping. I thought I was overwatering but now one feels very dry. What do I do to revive these?

The first one has more shade and seems to be doing great. These are east facing so only morning sun. This is in Denver Colorado

I’ve been contemplating a remarkable purchase and wasn’t sold on the Pro due to cost and didn’t want to pull the trigger on the 2 due to age of the device.

Today I go on and see the Pure is up. Here are my takeaways from the comparison against the 2

Changed screen type to a texture glass cover lens

Reduced pen to ink distance

Increased battery life to 3 weeks

Improved charging speed

No more attached folio cover, now comes with a sleeve

Smaller screen size

Thicker Case than even the pro

Same latency

Same resolution

No backlight

More built in storage

Is anyone actually excited about this new device? Seems like they didn’t add any of the features people were hoping for from a remarkable 3 and took away some things that made the 2 appealing.
