Did some HY amboss study plans, what is the most clutch in the last few days?

Have been in dedicated study for ~1 month. Have done all of Uworld at 61%, realised I was lacking in knowledge and did 80% of Amboss at 75% in 10 days. Finished all but 2 CMS forms at 74-88% average

Have got NBME 16 left, as well as the Amboss HY forms, and most DI podcasts. What should I prioritise now? My surgery and OB Gyn CMS scores are quite low, so should I re-do my NBMEs and CMS forms all together? Thank you in advanced
