Basically, the Housing Shortage is a scam and building more is "BONK"!!!

Wanted to add this additional link about RealPage, Greystar, Bozzuto etc.'s price fixing since no one probably wants to sit there and read through the DOJ press release with the court documents I posted earlier.

Justice Department Requires RealPage to End the Sharing of Competitively Sensitive Information and Alignment of Pricing Among Competitors

With so much focus lately on Affordable Housing options and 'advocates' lobbying for more apt. rentals, I'm shocked at how there's ZERO discussion about RealPage, Greystar, Bozzuto, etc.

So I wanted share this press release by the DOJ.

Isn't price fixing the reason eggs got so expensive? Why wouldn't they do it with Real Estate?
