Alright making progress on mini bats except I cant seem to blend the barrel and handle properly...I rough it to close to the measurements, then spindle gouge it to its proper measurements or within it..ive watched a few videos and it isnt working on my end for some reason. Im using poplar dowels, mainly because its cheaper, theyre strictly decorative for a bunch of kids, and now im wondering if thats the problem?
I was frustrated trying to figure out how to do this properly I want to turn a bowl of this. My ai told me smart idea to put a piece of wood down for the bottom, glue like a dozen pieces down onto the wood then dump in the rest, then pour the resin. Ive seen plenty of videos where they dont do that. Do I have to glue pieces down?

My workouts are boring me but im limited by bad knees. I used to be able to do 45 minutes on a 1 incline at a 5 speed and now im barely hitting 10 minutes. My weight stuff is the same three levels of hiit stuff, one day I do level 1, another level 2 another level 3. The regular weight stuff is the same, kettlebell is one of three different things I do. Im just so bored with it now. Im not losing weight anymore, im basically going through the motions. I took two days off for the weekend, did a good workout Monday then basically shit the bed the next two days. No gym membership, dont wanna get new stuff as space is limited. Any suggestions?

Was toying around with making a mini mini bat, nephews doing baseball and just experimenting. Nowhere near perfect, but this is my setup for it. How can I do better? I used a round carbide, and my main issues are making the top a bit more rounded like an actual mini bat, making the bottom less blocky looking, maybe less chunky at the top as well? Would like any suggestions
