Claude's AI help agent gave me incorrect information then refused to refund my account

Incredibly frustrating. I tried using the help agent in the Claude app to get a refund on my pro account. After initially successfully cancelling my account, it recommended that I upgrade my account again and my usage limits will be reset. I did this and it didn't work - my usage limits for the week are still maxed out. I told it that it got it wrong, but it kept closing the conversation after telling me it couldn't process the refund.

I tried emailing anthropic support and the Fin Ai Agent responded there as well in an endless loop of it claiming it would put me through to a human, but it never does. In a 12 email chain of me asking over and over and it saying it will if I just reply to the next email with my complaint... like some dystopian nightmare.

I am left with no recourse after the AI helper agent's obvious error.
