Has anyone else noticed an increase in unsafe taxi driving since cruise season started?

The worst areas seem to be Elliott Ave and Alaskan Way — I regularly see cabs:
• running red lights
• speeding
• driving in bus-only lanes during restricted hours
• weaving aggressively through traffic

I understand drivers are busy during cruise season, but some of the driving has started to feel unsafe for pedestrians, cyclists, transit riders, and other drivers.

Does anyone know the best place to report this for enforcement or traffic safety review? Appreciate any helpful info.
