Ngl weekend wali neend achi hoti hai but subah subah khali sadko par bike nikalne ka sukoon is literally unmatched.

Woke up early and cruised around a few spots while the city was still completely asleep.
Koi specific destination nahi tha dimaag me, bas jahan shanti mili wahi ruk gaya. The vibe was unreal today..just cold breeze and absolute silence..

Beech raste me saw an unexpected scene too. Found a crashed car down the bank but thankfully all the occupants were completely safe. Best part was seeing locals actually stopping early morning to assist them. Major W for the people here.

Usually I'm pretty disciplined with my calorie tracking and lifting but seeing Sambhu's jalebi shop open (Sulem Sarai folks know the hype) was a clear sign to pause the diet. Garam jalebi with dahi was an absolute tier-1 breakfast.

Had to drop the '19F' in the title for the algorithm kyuki otherwise is sub pe koi bhaw nahi deta. 😭🥀 Honestly at this point I'm genuinely convinced female Redditors are just an urban legend here 😭😂

Your ultimate "mental detox" spot in Prayagraj?

for me (19 F ofcourse haha) it has to be the stretch around Sangam and Arail Ghat.. specifically that window between 3:30am to 6am. Us time city me ek aisi raw stillness hoti hai jo aajkal literally kaafi rare hogyi hai. No sensory overload no crowds just the crisp cold air and the ambient sounds of the river.

Taking the bike out and cruising at a steady pace through these empty roads feels less like a ride and more like a moving meditation. Ghats par baith kar just listening to the continuous sound of the water acts almost like a physical reset. Dimaag ki saari negativity aur mental static wahin neutralize ho jati hai. Hits different tbh.

I’ve always been someone who thrives in solitude, yet I often find myself getting a bit delulu about how therapeutic it would be to share this specific peace with someone whose vibe actually matches. Just sitting there on the steps.. phone me lowkey KK ya Rahat Fateh Ali Khan ji ka koi track chal raha ho. Sharing those unfiltered 5 AM conversations, talking about random real things for a while and then effortlessly slipping into a comfortable silence. Bina kuch bole bas watching them get completely absorbed by the sunrise and maybe capturing a raw candid of them in that element..🫠

Khair.. haven't really found that kind of company yet but I guess jab sahi waqt hoga time brings the right people along.

Anyway that’s my version of an escape in this city. Aap log apna batao? Where do you guys go when you just need to unplug and find some actual peace..

Also, 19 F obviously .. /s
