How to draw with severe neck pain..?

How do I draw when it's always giving me severe neck pain and nausea? I'm supposed to be an artist, but I have barely been able to draw ever since I got corticosteroid injections (depomedrol) in my neck two months ago. They were to help my muscle tightess and occipital neuralgia but made it so much worse, and horrible pain flare happen SO much more easily now. Declining my head even slightly for a few minutes is a huge mistake; I tried to draw for 10ish minutes almost 24h ago, and I'm still in pretty bad pain from it. I haven't been able to eat since yesterday due to the accompanying nausea.

Not really sure what to do..? I think the cs injections aggravated some cervical instability I didn't know I had. Dr that did them will not see me back, and the Orthopedic surgeon I saw assumed I was seeking drugs. My imaging was all normal, save for some loss of lordotic curve, but it was all done before the injections. I'm kind of at a loss, because not only can I not really lie down comfortably anymore, I also can't do the activity that's been hobby and career path both.

Unsure if this is the right flare?? All my joints are hypermobile, save for my elbows (knock on wood), and my 2, 3, and 4 fingers on each hand. The latter set are woefully tight, which make endeavors to play piano (going on 21 years!) extremely trying. I get hand fatigue really quickly when playing, so I tap out way before I often would like to, and I often end up having to drop notes from octave - chord combos.

Any way to increase flexibility in my fingers without incurring injury? Ty!
