What should I do? I am in the position to work part time and be financially okay, but with the help of my family. & I hate commuting each day to EDD. I want to start my program as soon as possible (private in San Diego, November 2026) but I feel conflicted about leaving the state for nursing school. I have opportunity to work part time 3 miles from my house with a way more flexible schedule, making the same amount per hour I make at EDD flipping burgers … so I feel like “now or never”… any thoughts/opinions? Part time school and full time EDD with commute is not an option, I’m also a single mom.
