Precautions to take when replacing parity drive

I've been running an unRAID server for years, but I'm a set it and forget it kind of guy (my server currently has 960 days of uptime, LOL). I always consulted the unRAID wiki when making changes to my server, following the step by step instructions to get things working. Linux (well, command line interfaces, really) confuses me and I don't have a desire to understand it if I don't need to in order to get my server to do what I want. I have CRS disease and struggle to retain information that I don't use regularly.

I also have not been able to get my Transmission Docker working on my server and have stuck with version 6.9.2 for my server so that I can use a Transmission plugin.

My server is getting full and I need to replace my parity drive so that I can move that drive to a data slot. I went to consult the wiki so that I could make sure I do everything right, only to find that the wiki is gone and the forums are down. I know the required procedures have changed with different server versions. Searching this subreddit wasn't helpful.

Can anyone share with me the things I need to do before shutting down my server and swapping the parity drive?

I know I need to manually invoke the mover to make sure everything is on the data drives. Do I need to place my server in maintenance mode? Do I need to disable my plugins and/or dockers? What am I forgetting? What do I need to do to ensure no data loss?
