Does anyone else feel like their brain just stops working after 3pm

I've been trying to figure out why my study sessions in the afternoon are basically useless. Like, I can sit there with my notes and reread the same paragraph five times and nothing sticks. Morning me is totally fine, I can focus, I retain things, I actually feel like I'm learning something. But after lunch it's like someone flipped a switch. I'm not even tired in the obvious way, I'm just... blank? I tried switching subjects, changing locations, even doing active recall instead of passive reading. Still the same problem. By 4pm I'm basically just staring at pages and pretending to study. I thought maybe it was a food thing so I started eating lighter lunches but that didn't really change anything. I also sleep pretty well most nights so I don't think it's that either. It's frustrating because I have way more free time in the afternoons than mornings, but I end up wasting most of it. Anyone else deal with this or figured out how to actually make afternoon study time productive? I feel like I'm missing something obvious here.
