Like 4 years ago I found this post showcasing Madrid in the 1920s and the background music was this cool song I really liked but no one (not even the OP) mentioned what the song was, so I tried searching it through Shazam (didnt work) and Google Song Recognition (didnt work either) and other countless song recognition software (came up with literally nothing) until I gave up.

I can't find the original post anymore so I can't ask OP what the song was or who the original artist is, however I do have this snippet from the song that I uploaded to Youtube.

With a little bit of luck some person in the comments shall share some of their knowledge and enlighten me, please.
