Your oc (who should obviously be able to go into space) was in amongst the space between stars, when in the distance they spot something strange- it looks like a giant ship, only made of stone and wood (weird), and what's more for no good reason it seems to be able to move- fast. There seems to be no explanation at first glance as to why this is even here, let alone what that giant glowing eye is doing at the top of the ship.

What would your oc do? Ignore this anomaly? Investigate? I don't know, that's why I'm doing this.

Twas a normal day for (insert name of your oc) as they were getting up to whatever they would usually be up to, however, as they made their way around, they would notice in the distance a smouldering building, gone up in flames. Upon closer inspection, they can recognise it as a bakery, and upon even FURTHER inspection, there's a figure dancing around the building, enjoying the sight of it on fire, holding a rusty tank of gasoline whilst singing a little.

Does your oc choose to intervene? Ignore? What do you even do against cone man?

(Also yes I do have better art for him but this one is the most relevant to the situation)
