WSID: Got an offer for a remote opportunity, but it converts to full time in office in a year?
I received an offer today that will pay me roughly equal to what I was making before. In June, they are making all employees RTO at their office locations.
I’d be “grandfathered in” due to negotiations made with my prospective hiring manager and HR. After a year I am expected to relocate (with no assistance). Should I just take the job and keep looking? I am certain I don’t want to relocate and be in an office full time.
Thoughts? What should I do? I’ve been unemployed my position was made redundant last October.
