Weight loss frustration

I'm 30 and trying to lose 1 stone. I started 4 weeks ago eating 1300-1350 calories a day and increasing my steps. I lost 6llbs in the first 2 weeks and dropped from 13 stone 3 to 12 stone 11. I'm eating lentils, chicken, steak, peppers, chickpeas, veggies and sweet potatoes sometimes small amount of feta.

Since then I haven't lost a single pound. I've been tracking RELIGIOUSLY (counting oils, drinks etc). I've started incorporating some light exercise like uphill walking/stepper and still no weight loss. I'm 5ft9 and have hyperprolactinaemia, though my prolactin is mildly raised.

Despite the initial weight loss, it must have only been water weight as my measurements have not changed. My wedding is in 4 months and I need to lose 1.5 inches off my hips so would really appreciate some advice!

Weight loss has always been a struggle for me but last year I did manage to get down to 12 stone 6 by the same means. But again despite weight lifting and eating healthy my weight plateaued here. My trainer at the time then suggested upping my calories which I did to 1600 and this did nothing.
