Looking for gym advice
I am in HS and summer is coming up. I intend to go to the gym, but I am literally starting from scratch, and bc my school is private, I have basically no T shirts or shorts. Im not about to take Chat GPT’s word for everything, so I would really appreciate any practical advice y’all have (good routines, nutrition, good gym apparel, how to stay consistent, etc).
I currently weigh about 140, and want to get to 150. (I think a good portion of my current weight is fat). Ive seen a lot of people talk abt how you should cut and then bulk in a situation like this?
