Hi all,

Seeking advice on a home I am having renovated in south east Queensland (Lockyer Valley). The aim is a basic renovation to give a modern aesthetic facelift inside, while replacing some fatigued/high maintenance features. $150K budget was discussed initially and feedback was "easily achievable". Any feedback specifically on pricing would be greatly appreciated.

Desired renovations are listed in the attached quote, as you can see we are over budget. I have some concern about the following.

1. the framing and sheeting of removed internal windows excluded (wants to complete on an hourly rate)

2. Painting and prep excluded from what seems to me, a high price already.
