Hey guys, I'm a young youth in Singapore currently working for this social enterprise called SCOOP, and I feel like what they're doing to the job market could be really beneficial to my age group's community.

SCOOP's goal is to give youths the opportunity to be exposed to the industry through hands-on job tasters, meaning those who sign up get to try out jobs and get paid doing so (there's ofc some training needed to do the job). It's great because we want to keep make the entry as easy as possible, so no resume or interview is needed, just your willingness to learn, explore and do the work.

Hey everyone, full disclosure: I've (19M) just graduated out of Poly and am working at a social enterprise in Singapore called SCOOP, and I feel that what they do here has been very meaningful to the youth community. SCOOP gives youths the opportunity to be exposed to the industry through hands-on Job Tasters (where you can get paid), internships and industry-aligned training.

I've been hearing that the job market has been relatively difficult to get into due to things like competitiveness, AI, need experience all that. But my company is trying to give people easy access to be exposed in the work industry.
