What we our prioritizing to seek po is yung facility that can accommodate production of our asphalt samples. Our thesis includes ITS (ASTM D6931) via UTM.
We’ve tried inquiring na sa DPWH-BRS,,
I’m seeking suggestions for other PRIVATE/Gov/Institute with facility that offer this type of service.
