So i ordered sennhizer momentum 4 in recwnt sale and after a week of usage, i notice there a small dent like thing in the headband

Also, now i realize the box when opened was just sealed by a tape. The white seal was actually on the side of the box.

Now I feel wither flipkart sold me a used / refurbished / damaged product.

Can I raise it to senhisser support?

I literally spent 18k on this😭
