well well well rml lucknow’s ragging has left pmch patna behind( will post the link to the original pdf in comments)

well well just yesterday i made a post about pmch patna and its gross pdf for juniors known as medical litreature but seems like we have a new competitor in town which is even worse and even more gross and surpasses all limits of shamlessness and this is happening in rmlims lucknow which is the states top medical college after kgmu right in the main city of lucknow. i found this pdf of an year ago which im sure is still being provided to the new juniors kindly take a look at it yourself, i cant upload the whole pdf here since its 32 pages so take a look yourself

ragging at pmch patna, bihar.

someone from the college has sent me all this, shameful to know that these people are becoming doctors, when are we putting a stop to all this? there should be strict screening and a personality test before letting these guys enter medical colleges, they need help

Going to start med school soon 💀 but literally having a major crisis over colleges. Plse help a junior out 🙏🏻😭

hey everyone!

so here is the tea... I'm bihar domicile and rank-wise, I’m getting NMCH PATNA . A/c to my parents, it’s a decent option, but my ultimate end goal is to grind for the USMLE🇺🇸(major reason being looking for escape from institutional bias here in 🇮🇳)

Because of the USMLE route, I feel like leaving my home state and moving to Maharashtra (Mumbai to be specific) might give me a more globally connected environment and overall a good exposure. Is skipping NMCH Patna for Maharashtra a smart move, or am I overthinking this?

if I do make the jump to Maharashtra I’m trying to figure out which college will be the best fit for an outsider with zero family or roots in the region. factoring in the city vibe, clinical exposure, and most importantly, an active USMLE Alumini/prep culture which of these should be my top choice?

if any seniors have insights on the research culture or alumni networks at these specific campuses, please drop your wisdom below! appreciate any chill advice or reality checks 🙏✨

(Also idk why is there such a massive internet obsession with GMC Nagpur?😭 so many popular medical YouTubers constantly brag about choosing GMC Nagpur over an AIIMS or Seth GS or KEM. Is it just hype for views, or is there a genuine hidden gem factor I’m missing?)
