they wouldn’t let me return my items before the return date
Basically my return window expired June 28, and when I went onto the app to get my Happy Returns QR, the app said my return had already exceeded the 30 days (which it didn't). I connected with customer service, which didn’t help at all because they would keep replying with the same thing, but then I got a happy returns email saying my return for gymshark had just expired, so I know I'm not crazy. I connected with customer service again with screenshots, and they just keep saying the same thing again. so just something to look out for. first experience with gymshark, btw & definitely my last
