I am planning to set up Google review automation using SalesCaptain and wanted to get some honest feedback before jumping in. I have seen mixed opinions around automated review requests, especially when it comes to customer experience and Googles review policies. For anyone already using it, what are the biggest things I should watch out for? Did automation actually help increase reviews consistently, or did it create issues like ignored messages, low quality reviews, or reviews getting filtered?
