Hi there! We moved into a new flat and our bathroom fan is absolutely caked in dust! It seems to be really stuck on there and isn't wanting to come off with a simple dusting, also the plastic part isn't removable and this has to be cleaned from the ceiling (I have tried to no avail) - luckily I'm tall enough to reach, but how would a more experienced person do this task? It's starting to drive me crazy seeing this, thank you!
