Any help identifying this? Its growing along the side of my garden very suddenly

We Planted this Weeping Birch (Betula Pendula Youngii) about 3 to 4 weeks ago, and it seems to be drooping more than when we planted it (we know its a weeping tree, just not sure how much it SHOULD be weeping at this stage) it does have new growth but we just want to know if it is healthy, and any advice for helping it to grow a little sturdier.
