Where to find Persimmon fruit?

As the title says, I've been looking for Persimmon lately. I tried one a few months ago from Hmart and loved it but don't want to drive back up north without knowing if they even have it anymore. Has anyone seen them lately and in which stores? Thank you!

Extensive yellowing on my outdoor grow.

Hi friends, I planted a Caramel Cream seedling from Humboldt farms about 60 days ago outside in a fabric pot with miracle grow organic potting soil and perlite. I live in hardiness zone 7b. About a week ago I noticed the leaves turning very yellow and dying. This is my first plant and up until this point it looked spectacular so im not really sure what happened. I have asked chat gpt to help me out and it is suggesting maybe nutrient deficiency or root ball rot. So i dont know if i should be adding nutrients or stop watering it for a bit? It doesnt seem super wet.... and I slowed down on the watering lately to avoid it being overly wet but everyday its still getting noticeably more yellow. But overall the buds still seem okay for now.

I attached some pictures i took over the past two days. I also removed a lot of the yellowing/ browning leaves as I was afraid they would get mushy and attract mold. I think technically I have three more weeks till harvest so if the leaves are dying at this rate I won't make it that far. Please let me know what you think. Thank you.

18ga or 16ga finish nailer?

Hello, I am ready to install some 6"x16'x1" tongue in groove pine on my outdoor patio ceiling. I need to buy a nailer beforehand but dont really know what gauge to get it in. The lumber yard suggested 16gauge finish nailer and glue. But im reading online 16 gauge can split the tongue that im nailing into. Would 18ga be too weak to hold up the planks? Will 16ga split the wood? Any input is welcome. Thanks.

Adventure buddies?

Im a 32yo male living in Monmouth county. Looking for some local adventure buddies to plan some local outdoor stuff. Maybe fishing, hiking, just hanging in a park. Ive been entertaining the idea of buying a canoe on fb market place the last couple of years, but canoeing alone sounds kind of boring. I have a partner but he is more into video games 🙄. So yeah. Just trying to find more local guys to do outdoor shit with. I used to hike and camp in Harriman State Park, NY, often. But since moving to the shore ive kind of been missing out on nature. Hit me up!

Exposed concrete due to erosion.

Hey everyone, the back of my house was missing a gutter for quite a while. The dripping water seems to have removed a decent amount of soil, exposing the concrete that my patio is built on top of. How should I remidiate this to prevent water getting underneath / ruining my patio? Should I just put soil? Rocks? This link is a picture of my current situation. Ty
