Comsae or Trulearn?

Almost done with the Bank of true learn.

I'm wondering what was more indicative of the questions on the comlex and how? Is true learning questions going to make me more prepared or are comsae wuestion is going to make me more prepared?

One of my friends told me that TL was more indicative of the test, But I should still take the comsae, But didn't really give me a reason.

If it's just the timing and test taking procedures that's not really a problem for me so I don't need practice with that I just want to make sure I have the content down and I'm prepared for how the test will be.

Can you guys say which one is more representative of the test and better for a review and practice, And why?

New ADHD diagnosis

Been in the Army reserve for about 6 years And I just reenlisted, I was having some trouble in school so I finally reached out and got a diagnosis for ADHD and I started taking my medication Adderall (amphetamine). I realized if I took a piss test I would pee hot. Now the thing is I got my ADHD diagnosis right before I signed my contract, and at no point have I reported it.

Can you guys please tell me

  1. What I should do,

  2. What consequences do I have

  3. any way to get out of the problems that I'm in

  4. (for fun) how fucked am I
