Gecko tech support advice?
I’m struggling to get my swim spa back online after doing shell repairs. I’ve used a Gecko spa pack for years in this spa but it just isn’t coming back - so I bought a new spa pack (in.yt-7, same as before) and installed it. The new one runs but I have lots of questions about configuration, and I can’t find answers online. Gecko offers email-only support to spa owners, which is taking ~2 days per message and I’m disappointed that it’s not going to be running for Memorial Day when the grandkids visit. My local spa repair people won’t service a spa they didn’t sell, and this one came from a neighbor.
I’m OK with email support, but two business days between messages isn’t getting it done. Anyone have any luck getting better end user support from Gecko? (Pic for interest - this is a fun setup to work on).
