Heavy delay from UGC in providing Equivalence certificate
I did my 12th Grade board exams in British curriculum and am trying to get an equivalence certificate to apply to Indian Universities.
It has been close to three months since applying but I am yet to receive the certificate. I have been asked for additional documents twice which I have submitted and each time they take a month to get back to me (15 working days maximum posted on their website.
What do I do to proceed with this situation? I have mailed them multiple times to receive automated "we are checking" mails and their phone line is always busy.
My qualifications:
GCSE (10th) - 6 Grade 9s, 2 Grade 8s
A-Level(12th) - A*AAA
