Question: what’s your go-to party fit? Attending a birthday celebration in a speakeasy bar type venue pero wala pa ako maisip na outfit 😭 help ya girlie out plsss hehehe thank you po sa suggestions!!

Helloo! Mag aabay po ako sa December, my friend gave us yung tela na gagamitin for the bridesmaid dress and kanya kanya kaming patahi. I have no idea kung saan maganda magpa tahi ng dress, kasi wala naman po ako kakilala. So most probably online lang ako hahanap din. Do you have recos po ba preferably around QC or nearby areas? And how much po ba usually ang range magpa tahi since first time ko lang hehe thank you po!

Hii, I’m (F29) planning po to move out of our fam home by next year. Never ko na experience mahiwalay sa family home and since I’m turning 30 this yr, I realized na wala akong growth as an individual cos I depend solely on my parents.. I’m blessed to have my family but sometimes (since I work from home kasi) they always assume na I’m available whenever. Since they think nasa bahay lang naman ako always, lagi ako bitbit although I know how to say no naman, nakakainis lang minsan huhu. I’m not complaining but ang hirap din iexplain sometimes na I’m rushing on a deadline, hindi ko kayo masasamahan sa grocery or whatever lakad. Nasa point narin ako in life na I enjoy being alone. Since WFH nga ako and nabbored ako sa house and if hindi available friends ko to hang out, I sometimes spend time alone sa labas like sa mall, explore, travel, or stress ako sa work + gusto ko ng peace, I rent an airbnb over the weekend just to have that ‘space’ from people sa bahay and ma-iba environment.

I don’t have any major obligations sa house except kinuha ko yung pag bayad ng internet namin since I WFH, and ambag for the food sa house. That’s why I’m considering bumukod na. Financially, kaya naman po and I’m starting to save up for it narin. I have a few questions though:

1. Condo or apartment? Ano po pros and cons? Parking is a nice to have.
2. Do you have suggestions po ng areas na within the rent budget max na yung 18k/month? Currently residing in QC area. Ideally within the metro parin po sana. I don’t mind staying in QC either. Wala naman po akong preference sa area since WFH naman, wala lang talaga ako idea sa current market value ng different areas and yung vibe nila.
3. Solo living tips/advice narin po on what should I plan, prepare, and watch out for hehe salamat po!! 🫶
