GradGuard renters insurance for Northwood

Hey guys
I have a small query
Ive signed the contract for Northwood II this month..and the procedure is taking me to sign up for renters insurance provided by GradGuard (around 150 dollars for the year)

Does anyone know when i should pay and sign up for it (cause its still May and lease starts on August)...or should i wait like a week before my lease starting date and get my renters insurance.

Any clarifications would be appreciated.
Thank you
