How Do I Stress Test An Interview To Ensure I Will Actually Receive Training?

I know this is probably going to sound stupid, but forgive a fresh grad for some naivety.

Some context, I’m new to the job market and am leaving the position I started just 4 months ago because despite my direct question during the interview: would I receive training at this position, to which they said yes, I have been entirely hung out to dry and received no instruction or training. I have been ridiculed in team meetings (zoom) whenever I ask questions, especially clarifying, or when I do something wrong.

That said, I understand it will not be like that everywhere, but is there advice anyone could give on how to weed this out before I start somewhere?

Like red flags or smth? Cause I’m terrified of this happening again, it’s been quite traumatic.
