Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do if OF-306 Declaration for Federal Employment - Appointee Form (Revised August 2023) is locked?

Hello everyone hope all is well with all of you within the application process, how long will it take for the EDOS process to boot up for anyone that received WQ on the ATSA. I have accepted my TOL and currently awaiting my medical and clearances and it would bring a lot of closure knowing exactly how long it will take for the rest of the application process to incur.
