Hi just wondering what I should do, recieved this after failing an appeal made 1 year ago.

I had made the case that I did not have a valid I paid for 2 hours of parkign from 17:38-19:38pm and left the car park at around 6:30pm having entered around 5:12pm.
I received a pcn from europark for not buying a parking ticket within the grace period however due to not having a phone with charge or cash I had my sister pay for it on her phone when I met up with her in leeds city Centre, as attached above.

I have lost the original fine paperwork and cannot get the information on my correspondence with euro car park website to see the evidence.

Just wondering how I should go about submitting my defense, and what the likelihood of me getting this is!
