Man yelling “f*** it” or something similar super loudly constantly on 94th st closer to riverside. Has been happening for over a year on and off and sometimes for hours on end every 30 seconds or so. Anyone else hear this from other locations? Is there anything that can be done about this? Calling 311 hasn’t helped. (Although maybe if more people report it it would help).
