Haven't made round pizza since my stone broke so I've been doing Detroit style only. I love this oven. Pizza was delicious and wasnt very difficult to work in the oven. Going to try a higher hydration dough next time. This one was 63%.

Best cheesy garlic bread I've made so far. Advice is appreciated and I'll be posting my next pizzas soon :)
